Wellness coaching isn’t about replacing your doctor or handing you a strict set of rules. It’s about bridging the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
Because most of the time, you already know the basics: eat better, move more, stress less, sleep more. But life’s messy. Habits slip. Motivation fades. It gets lonely.
That’s where I come in.
As your coach, I help you take all that advice — from your doctor, your nutritionist, your own gut instinct — and turn it into something that works in real life. We’ll create simple, flexible rhythms around food, movement, stress, and rest. We’ll build in accountability and self-compassion. And we’ll leave room for the fact that… well, life will life.

Wellness coach. Stråla Yoga guide. Someone who knows what it’s like to hit the edge — and finally choose herself.
For years, I lived in deep stress — mentally, emotionally, physically. Working in design and branding, pushing myself to meet expectations that left no room for rest. At the same time, I watched my mom navigate life with type-2 diabetes. When she needed a kidney transplant, I was lucky enough to be her match.
That was a turning point for both of us. I gave her a kidney, but she gave me something just as big: the reminder that health isn’t about how we look or what we achieve. It’s about how we show up for life, fully — and for the people we love.
Since then, I’ve trained with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Wellness Coach Academy, and Stråla Yoga. I’m also in training to become a Culinary Nutrition Coach.
Now, I help women — especially those navigating perimenopause, hormonal changes, or burnout — find their way back to themselves. No extremes. No perfection. Just rhythms that help you feel good, grounded, and in tune with your body.
