I know what it’s like to hit the edge—mentally, emotionally, physically—and realize something has to change.
For years, I was living in deep stress—pushing myself, constantly doing more, with no real space for rest.
At the same time, I was supporting my mom through type-2 diabetes.
When she needed a kidney transplant, I became her donor.
That moment changed everything.
It reminded me that health isn’t about how we look or what we achieve—it’s about how we live, how we feel, and how we show up for the people we love.
Since then, I’ve trained in holistic nutrition, perimenopause and menopause coaching, and movement.
But more importantly—I’ve learned how to support the body in a way that actually works in real life.
Now, I help women—especially in midlife—find their way back to themselves.
